Easy Weeknight Chicken PaellaEmail
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg Knorr® Ready to Heat Spanish Style Rice

1. Thinly slice pepper and onion and chop tomato. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Remove, set aside.
2. Add pepper and onion to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in tomato, reserved chicken and Knorr® Ready to Heat Spanish Style Rice. Cook 1 minute or until well blended and heated through.
