Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
  2. 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  3. 2 Tbsp. finely chopped sliced almonds
  4. 1 tsp. soy sauce
  5. 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  6. 1 lb. salmon fillet

1. Preheat oven to 400°.

2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. On baking sheet, arrange salmon, then spread with mayonnaise mixture.

3. Bake 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
